We are so pleased with this company. They have showed nothing but professionalism and integrity. We have our generator on order and are set for installation very soon.We had a minor electrical issue inside of our house that before we contacted them 3 other companies wouldn't even return our calls due to it was a very small job. They took care of the problem for us and went above and beyond what we could of expected. I appreciate that they do small and large jobs..I definitely would recommend them! Looking forward to referring them to all our family and friends. Thanks again!

From start to finish I was extremely pleased with the way NewGen conducted business. Very easy to talk with, they took their time to explain things to me. During the installation of my generator they ran into a major problem with my electric meter. They took care of everything and got me all set. Very thankful for the job they did. Great experience. They are very professional and cleaned up after their work. They trouble shot the issues and fixed what needed to be. Also made recommendations for future repairs. I will use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

The guys here are awesome and knowledgeable! Had something that could of been an emergency they got out here ASAP and had everything done and fixed by the afternoon! Everything was cleaned up as soon as they finished!

We had a portion of our power go out in our home, random things in each room went out, while others stayed on, (very odd,) however, Nikolas from NewGen Electric was confident he was able to fix it, my husband reached out to him late that night and Nikolas was able to have a crew at our house early the next morning and sure enough, he got it fixed that same day! Seems to be an eager, honest worker. We will definitely be using and referring them to friends and family when needed!

Highly recommend NewGen Electric! He worked with our other contractor as we removed a wall in our home! He moved many outlets and light switches and added some much needed outlets to our deck outside! Very professional and very reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend him! I’ve already got another project I plan on hiring him for soon!

We spent over a year trying to get someone to come out to assist us with our panel. Several failed attempts with multiple companies that would schedule to come out and then cancel. We finally thought why not just try to see if NewGen would be willing to come to our area. Nick was fast and reliable and was willing to come out to our house to help us without blinking an eye at the distance he had to travel. We are so very appreciative and would highly recommend him and his work! Despite our old house framing and crumbling drywall, he was able to get the new equipment installed with ease that makes us feel like we have a safe panel now. We are grateful that we could be worked in before the holiday season so my husband can get his Christmas light display started without worrying about sparking from the panel. Thank you Nick!!

I want to say thank you to Nick and his employee Brandon.. Our homes fireplace's electric system blower/switch etc.. went out. My husband and I depend on our fireplace to help heat our home. I called Nick today at 1:20 pm and Brandon was at our home by 3:10 pm and fixed our issue. Nick even called me after the job was completed to make sure everything went ok, I assured him I was 100% satisfied. We were treated with old school respect from start to finish not just like another dollar. you don't see that now days. I will and do highly recommend NewGen Electric and I will gladly use them again 🙂 We are saving for a whole house generator and NewGen Electric will for sure get the job! Thank you Nick!
